Dreamyza Lovers, don’t worry, we introduce 2-step Quality Control, we check the item carefully before shipping. But, if something not quite right, whether size or colour, don’t worry! Please contact us by email dreamyzapremier@gmail.com as soon as possible for exchange approval request and we will do our best to help you.
To process your exchange, please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to us within 7 days. The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
If items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, it will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.
Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. RM10 flat rate will be charge for new delivery.
MARKDOWN items, Sale items, discounted or promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Cash refunds are not available. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you are allowed to choose different item. If the new item price is higher, you have to pay the different amount. If the new price is lower, there is NO CASH REFUND provided.

Shipping

We try our best for not make you wait long, all orders made on Monday to Friday before 10 am and with available inventory will be shipped ON THE SAME DAY!
Orders made after 10 am or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Order made on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
During peak holiday seasons, due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be slightly delay in delivery.

Masa mula² nk beli blouse ni rasa macam mahal je..tp disebabkan berkenan dgn corak checkered brownies sy nekad nk beli jugakk!
kemudian order dan sampai parcel..buka² je....Ya Ampun...lawa gila corak dan material blouse ni..masa tu rasa nk grab corak lain pulak..patut la harga dia mahal ckt sbb kualiti memang tiptop, puas hati lah..size blouse pulak ngam² dgn badan sy..bila pakai memang nampak lawa sgt..lembut sgt material dia.. berbaloi² dgn harga..tak rugi beli..ada rezeki memang nk grab corak lain pulak ni..ni review ikhlas drpd sy..bila kita sebagai customer berpuas hati, kita patut recommend pg orang lain..hehe..sekian terima kasih..
