We provide Pos Laju shipping on all orders within Malaysia. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

We try our best for not make you wait long, all orders made on Monday to Friday before 10 am and with available inventory will be shipped ON THE SAME DAY!

Orders made after 10 am or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Order made on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Normally, items will be delivered within 2-5 days.

During peak holiday seasons, due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be slightly delay in delivery.

Good news, we provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders ABOVE RM250 within SEMENANJUNG MALAYSIA

Shipping to SABAH SARAWAK are as below: RM25 for first 21kg, RM32 for below 1.5kg, RM38 for below 2kg, RM57 for below 3kg

Shipping to other countries are as below:

Singapore: RM24 for first 1kg and RM6 for an additional 1kg

For ONLINE BANKING, payments are via secured "Billpliz" payment processing platform

For CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD, please select "PayPal" payment method.

Returns Policy

Dreamyza Lovers, don’t worry, we introduce 2-step Quality Control, we check the item carefully before shipping. But, if something not quite right, whether size or colour, don’t worry!

Please contact us by email dreamyzapremier@gmail.com as soon as possible for exchange approval request and we will do our best to help you.

To process your exchange, please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to us within 7 days.

The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

If items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, it will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.

Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. Rate will be charge according to items weight for new delivery.

MARKDOWN items, sale items, discounted or promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

Cash refunds are not available. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you are allowed to choose different item. If the new item price is higher, you have to pay the different amount. If the new price is lower, there is NO CASH REFUND provided.
