Job Description:
As the HR Assitant Manager, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the company's human resource by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practces. Your main duties will include:
  1. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely organization of staffing needs.
