Returns and Refund Policy

Dreamyza Lovers, don’t worry, we introduce 2-step Quality Control, we check the item carefully before shipping. But, if something not quite right, whether size or colour, don’t worry!

Please contact us by email hello@dreamyza.com.my as soon as possible for exchange approval request and we will do our best to help you.

To process your exchange, please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to us within 7 days.

The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

If items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, it will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.

Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. Rate according to items weight will be charge for new delivery.

MARKDOWN items, sale items, discounted or promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

Cash refunds are not available. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you are allowed to choose different item. If the new item price is higher, you have to pay the different amount. If the new price is lower, there is NO CASH REFUND provided.
