Returns Policy

Dreamyza Lovers, don’t worry, we introduce 2-step Quality Control, we check the item carefully before shipping. But, if something not quite right, whether size or colour, don’t worry! Please contact us by email hello@dreamyza.com.my as soon as possible for exchange approval request and we will do our best to help you.
To process your exchange, please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to us within 7 days. The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
If items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, it will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.
Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.
MARKDOWN items, Sale items, discounted or promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Cash refunds are not available. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you are allowed to choose different item. If the new item price is higher, you have to pay the different amount. If the new price is lower, there is NO CASH REFUND provided.

Shipping

We try our best for not make you wait long, all orders made on Monday to Friday before 10 am and with available inventory will be shipped ON THE SAME DAY!
Orders made after 10 am or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Order made on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
During peak holiday seasons, due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be slightly delay in delivery.

Selesa bila di pakai, lace x gatal, lining nyaman and x panas, design cun gila dan loose cutting supaya lebih selesa untuk brgerak.. Walaupun raya dalam Pkp tp sy bahagia dgn Kate kurung.. Tq Dreamyza 😍

Saya suka dengan design Kate Kurung yang breastfeeding & wudhu’ friendly. Material french lace yang premium dan silk satin yang sejuk selesa untuk dipakai di hari raya dan juga ketika bekerja. Selalunya saya pakai size M tapi utk Kate Kurung ni saya pilih Size S, just nice sebab loose cutting. Please continue producing modest and elegent design for muslimah and keep up the good services Dreamyza 😊

The Kate Kurung is such a beautiful lacey kurung. I love the design. The lace of this kurung is very soft and delicate so you might want to consider to hand wash it. Usually, I wear XL size kurung, but the Kate kurung in XL is way bigger than what I wore.
You might want to check the measurement details carefully before purchasing it or you might have to make some alterations later. Overall, it was a good purchased I made for my kurung raya collections.
